I'm incredibly needle phobic and need insulin. Without this, my life was curtailed significantly. Now I can go back to life as normal and not worry or be bound to multiple medical appointments a day. Can't stress enough how great this is!

A great invention, it's great. So far it's been going great for me. Insulin penetrates great without the need for waiting times. The pity is that you can't put less than 4 units, because normally I have less. But surely they invent one for fewer units. Highly recommended, it doesn't hurt at all and it's super easy to use.

Great product! The first time I used it I wasn't even sure it was working because I couldn't feel anything when I injected myself. The needle-free technology is excellent. No more pain and disposal issues of the needles. I recommend it to everyone who needs to inject insulin several times a day.

I have been having issues from day one, and the customer service wasn’t really responsive. The only way to support is via email, and they are slow to respond, given the price this unit is selling for. I have only had this for a week. Will give the follow up feedback if needed.

There are enough materials in the starter pack to last for the first months of using the jet, everything is hygienically packed, and I also love the strong plastic box with its contour lining to securely store the jet and the current vial.
(An addirional slot to store the comfort ring would be a bonus in the next generation of the box.)
the handbook is easy to understand, and the application of the jet is the easiest thing ever, although it may seem daunting at first due to the copious instructions. After a few days I could lay aside the handbook and just use the jet.
Although my social security insurance does not pay for it, it is totally worth having the jet, it is painless and more sustainable than throwing away the daily needles and associated plastics waste.
The only thing I would change, especially in the starter set, is the size of the booklets and their font, which is just ridiculously TINY!! Not all elderly people retain their keen eyesight, and not all have the opportunity and skill to download and print the manual on A4 so they can make out what exactly is shown in the drawings.
