The InsuJet insulin-jet administration system is intended for the subcutaneous jet injection of insulin in adults and children with Diabetes Mellitus who require insulin therapy.

Insulin therapy may be used with the following patients:

  • Patients with type I diabetes mellitus
  • Patients with type II diabetes mellitus in whom control cannot be adequately achieved with oral hypoglycemics or diet.

The InsuJet insulin-jet administration system is for single-patient use only. The InsuJet insulin-jet administration system is suitable for U100 (100 IU/ml), more information can be found under product specification.

The InsuJet can be used to inject 4 to 50 Insulin Units per administration.

Insulin is not provided with the system. For practice purposes, saline solution and/ or sterile water for injection may be injected with the device.

The warranty certificate provides information such as product name, the serial number of the product, the date of purchase, the address of the seller store, the period of warranty, terms & conditions, limitations, and other information that is necessary for claiming warranty in the future.


Where is the product shipped from?
Products are shipped from InsuJet's Distribution Centre. Products sold within EU or Mena region are shipped from a distribution center located in the Netherlands.
Products sold within the Asia-pacific region are shipped from a distribution
center in Shenzhen, China.

I've placed my order. When will it ship?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and are usually
shipped within two business days. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to your invoice will be sent to you once the order has shipped.

My order was damaged when I received it. How do I get a replacement?
If your product is damaged while in transit, please contact Customer Service. Contact number EU and Mena region: +31 20 3160 144. Contact number Asia- Pacific: +852 4662 2788 . Or via email to info@insujet.com.

Can I return my order and get a refund?
A consumer can cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period of 30 days without giving any reason. You have to contact us via email of phone within this 30-day cooling-off period if you wish to get a refund. If your product is damaged and under warranty, please contact us via phone or email.

Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Items to be repaired under warranty will be returned to InsuJet at the owner’s expense. Repairs covered by warranty (as reasonably determined by InsuJet) will be shipped back to the owner at InsuJet's expense. Shipping costs outside of warranty covered items will be at the owner’s expense.
